Indigenous voices have important messages to convey and nowhere is this more apparent than in Indigenous Children's literature. Children are at the centre of the circle in every single Indigenous community. Join Nancy Cooper as she discusses the importance of Indigenous Children's literature in Canada today.  Nancy is a Two-Spirited woman from the Chippewas of Rama First Nation. Born and raised throughout Northern Ontario, Nancy currently lives in Toronto with her family. She is the author of two children's books, The Trading Tree and Biindigen! Amik Says Welcome.
